Questions about the beta
What counts as a document?
Every row of package_documents counts once at the moment its package goes from draft to sent, in the calendar month (UTC) of that transition. Voided, expired or declined packages stay counted; a resend or replaced signer adds nothing; drafts never count; CC recipients are not documents. (A package of two documents = 2).
What happens at the cap?
Sending pauses until the 1st of the next month; nothing is deleted. If you need more, ask the GoSignHere team.
How do seats work?
Every seat is included. Add the people on your account and share folders with them.
Is there a daily sending limit?
A daily sending limit protects against abuse and is raised on request.
Who can open a beta account?
A business or a person. You register with your email and a password, verify the email and start sending.
