What it does today.

Features in the order a sender meets them.

Packages of several documents

Send several documents together as one package. Each signer gets one link for the whole package.

Signers in sequence or all at once

Set an order so each signer goes after the one before, or let every signer sign at the same time.

Templates

Save a document with its fields in place and reuse it. Templates have no limit in the beta.

Folders shared with the team

Keep documents in folders and share a folder with the people on your account. Every seat is included.

Reminders and expiry

Remind signers who have not signed, and set a date after which a package expires.

The certificate page

Every completed package gets a certificate of completion, added to the finished PDF.

The certificate of completion appended to the completed PDF: package ID, send and completion times, a SHA-256 fingerprint for each document, the two signers with timestamps, a QR code and the verify link.

The public verify page

Anyone can open the verify page for a signed document without a login and check it against their own copy. See the verify page.

Webhooks and the API

Webhooks and the API come with the beta. The API has a per-minute rate limit and no call caps. See the API page.

How it works

  1. Add the documents. Upload one or several into a package.
  2. Place the fields. Set the signature, printed name and date for each signer.
  3. Send it. Signers get a private link, in order or all at once.
  4. Get the result. The completed PDF carries the certificate, and the verify page is public.

Security facts

  • Three hashes. Each document is fingerprinted, and the verify page shows the fingerprints with Match badges.
  • A consent record. Every signer ticks a consent checkbox before signing, and the consent is recorded with the signature.
  • On GoSignHere servers. Documents are kept on servers GoSignHere runs itself.
  • No tracking scripts. This site and the signing pages load no analytics and no third-party scripts.
